Go Big or Go Home.
The below size guidelines are for round cakes. Square cakes are approximately 10% increase in serving yield. Of course we would say the more tiers the better, but maybe we’re being biased.

What size cake should I choose?
The look of the cake you'd like to go for can be accommodated regardless of the number of servings you will need. For example, if you like the look of a 4 tier cake but will need less servings, then dummy cakes can be used to show the look of a real cake.
If you already have dessert on the menu, servings equivalent to the number of guests will not be necessary. If you will need more servings than the number the wedding cake itself serves (if the cake is being served as the main dessert), then extra trays can be provided to ensure enough for all guests.
Are dummy cakes cheaper?
There is not a significant price difference between real and dummy cakes. The main purpose of dummy cakes is to prevent cake wastage as opposed to reducing price. If you would like a cheaper alternative please consider a lighter cake design/ smaller cake size.
How tall will my cake be?
Cake tiers are generally 6 inches tall (give or take an inch). Height can be increased with the use of tier spacers, separators and cake stands which we have available for hire. There is more information on hired items below. Tall style cakes can be accommodated upon request.

Delivery and Set Up
All event cakes are delivered and set up at the venue by us on the event day. Delivery charge is dependent on the venue location, and most locations within and nearing London can be delivered to. We are based in East London.
What time do you set up?
Once you let us know the start time of your event (lunch/ dinner), we can work with you depending on what time you have hall access from. Cake setup generally takes 30-45 minutes and is completed prior to guest arrival time. Larger cakes/ cakes with spacers and additional decor items may take upto 90 minutes to set up. Set up time required depends on your cake design.
How long can the cake be on display?
All stacked cakes are heavily dowelled to prevent leaning/sliding. Buttercream cakes are able to stand for 5-6 hours in moderate environment temperature. In warmer weather conditions they are able to stand for 3-4 hours with no risk of damage. All buttercream cakes have a single stabilised coating beneath to prevent bulging.
Fully ganache coated cakes and fondant covered cakes can sit for longer periods of time.
